I’m a social worker and therapist with over 12 years of experience, and a deep commitment to creating a space where people feel truly seen and heard. Whether I’m working with individuals, families, or students, my focus is on providing a calm and steady presence—one that allows my clients to feel safe, valued, and understood.
My career began in in-home family therapy, where I worked with parents and children to help them navigate conflicts and build healthier, more peaceful relationships. Since 2018, I’ve been working part-time as a School Adjustment Counselor in a high school, where I offer emotional support to students, helping them manage stress, build resilience, and find balance in both their personal and academic lives.
What sets me apart is my unwavering commitment to being fully present in each session. When we meet, my attention is entirely undivided, and I strive to be a calming, supportive presence for those I work with. I believe that people heal most effectively when they feel truly heard and seen for who they are—not just for their struggles, but for their unique strengths and potential.
Throughout my career, I’ve trained in several therapeutic approaches, including attachment-based therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), family systems, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These modalities influence my work, but above all, my focus is on fostering authentic connection, understanding the root causes of challenges, and providing strategies that empower individuals and families to move toward growth and peace. I enjoy working with: young adults; parents; new moms; those experiencing grief; folks experiencing work, vocation, or career related challenges; and supporting people through matters of spirituality and religion.
If you're seeking a therapist who listens deeply, creates a non-judgmental space, and works alongside you to develop solutions, I’m here to support you on your journey.
